Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. If you disagree with modifications, you should discontinue use and may request account closure within the notice period.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Refund Policy

1. Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
2. Partial refunds may be considered for extenuating circumstances documented within 30 days of enrollment
3. No refunds are provided after 30 days or once a certificate of completion has been issued
4. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@pylarseliv.com with account details

Processing typically takes 7-10 business days from approval. Payment plan enrollments follow the same policy based on enrollment date, not payment completion date.

User-Generated Content

Discussion forums, project submissions, and community interactions may involve sharing your work or opinions. You retain ownership of content you create but grant pylarseliv a license to display, reproduce, and distribute this content within the platform context.

You're responsible for ensuring your contributions don't infringe on others' rights or contain inappropriate material. We reserve the right to remove content that violates community guidelines or these terms.

Other students' work and contributions are protected. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content created by fellow learners.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters. We collect and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles. This includes contact details, learning progress, and payment information necessary for service delivery.

We strive for 99% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible. You're responsible for maintaining compatible devices and internet service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. You can close your account through platform settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, with notice when practical.

Upon termination, your access to platform content ends. You retain access to certificates earned and may download personal work within 30 days of closure. Fees paid for unused portions of prepaid programs may be refunded at our discretion based on circumstances.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Legal disputes will be resolved in Western Australian courts, though we encourage contacting us first to resolve issues informally.

For disputes under 25,000 AUD, you may have recourse through small claims tribunals or alternative dispute resolution services available in your jurisdiction.
